It is a good thing to occasionally get away from the day to day routine, to begin anew and to look at things from a different point of view, or at least, more closely.  The beginning of a new year is a logical time for such an exercise.

For 2012 I plan to do my usual: exercise more and eat healthier.  I also plan to spend more time focusing on finding new and better ways to serve our clients.  Using technology more efficiently is of course a priority, but just focusing on our clients’ wants and needs is even more important.  These will be priorities for the New Year.

As far as wishes for 2012, I wish our leaders would spend more time seeking reasonable compromises to problems, solving problems, and representing our interests than they spend working to be reelected, working to promote their own personal interests and those of their political parties.  That would be a huge step in the right direction.  I also wish for a happy, healthy and prosperous year for us all.

Happy New Year
